被裁员不要说”I was fired"

Unless you are fired due to bad performance, you are probalby fired due to a personal change or company wide downsizing.

That "I was fired from my last job" can make you sound like that you were at fault.

被解雇听起来就是因为是你的问题。

狡猾点说：

I was let go after a change in management. / 领导换了，人员变动了。
I was let go due to company downsizing. / 大裁员
I was not a great fit as xx because my strengths were in xx, so I'm going to focus on xx from this point on.
